Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why Should I Private Pay?

Many times our private pay rates are lower than high deductible insurance costs.

Private Pay is a fixed rate. These rates are determined based on the years of experience, additional training, and special certifications. In a world full of insurance, private pay may seem unreasonable if you have health insurance to use. Private Pay is a better option than you might expect.

The use of your insurance requires a mental health diagnosis regardless of the reason you are seeking services. Your insurance can request your records at any time because they paid for the services.

Please contact the office to discuss the options.

  • How Much Are Services?

    Private Pay arrangements are available.

    Our Rates are Affordable

We see counseling as an investment and believe that your mental health is worth every dollar!

Our appointments are 60 minutes; there are no surprise bills. Finding the right fit is very valuable and worth going out of network, because now you say who can help you, not just who is on the insurance list.

  • How Quickly Can I get an Appointment?

Our first appointments are available within 1-2 weeks of your contact. The more specific your schedule needs, it can take longer, but we do our best to accommodate your schedule quickly.

We only schedule new clients in a time slot that is consistently available and works for the client’s schedule. When you schedule your first appointment we will inform you about the schedule options, there will be no surprises.

  • Do you offer Online services?

Yes, we offer Telehealth (virtual, online) services. We recommend your first appointment be in-person, but it’s up to you. You can also switch back and forth; our counselors have the flexibility to provide services in either format.

  • Do you offer Marriage or Couple's Counseling?

At this time, none of our counselors are providing couple’s counseling. Many times relationships can improve when individuals seek their own counseling and the individual changes spark growth and healing in a relationship. Contact our office for more information about how individual counseling can help your relationship.
